Gassp, a human?? That's not sitting? 
It is a figurine of the Tenth Doctor from the show Doctor Who! Yes, I am a fan.
This was a birthday gift for my friend
, she's very David Tennant obsessed, haha.
My friend
drew me those eyes and I printed them out and stuck them on, it looks quite good! I might keep up with this method of making eyes. 
For those who are curious, I used this ([link]) method to make his coat. Works quite well to help him balance!
He is ~12cm tall, made with polymer clay (similiar to Sculpey I presume), painted with acrylics and glazed.
It figures that the best shot I had of him was one taken with the llamas, haha.
